Giving one as a gift?

Many of you shop for a husband, dad or grandpa who could use a little more movement but won’t hear a word about it. Make it an invitation rather than a hint: offer to do the 28-day challenge together, or tuck a note inside about the things you’re looking forward to doing with him. There are more ideas in this post.

A friendly reminder. These books are about gentle movement, not medical treatment. Please check with your doctor before starting any new exercise, and stop if anything hurts.
